How is it going to be different? It’s not going to be your usual candle making! We will have a few mindfulness practices to connect better with ourselves and keep us all engaged in what’s happening now – it’s going to be a mindful stress-relieving candle making session.
Experience the playful stress-relieving therapeutic process of candle making in our Candle Crafting Workshop Live + Rec Online Session
Workshop Time – 11 AM IST (Please be on time so you don’t miss out on anything)
Workshop Duration – 3 hrs
Location – Online via Zoom/ Google Meet
Eligibility – No prior experience is required (one-on-one guidance will be provided through the session)
Age Limit – There is no age bar although kids below 12 need to be accompanied by an adult for the workshop.
What all we will experiment with –
- Know about your waxes wicks & fragrances
- Understand how certain scents aid in mindful living
- Get to know about the wax temperatures pouring and color blending
- Explore different decorative techniques of jar candles like marble, ombre, layer and more
What you will learn –
- Tips & tricks of the candle composition
- Learn about fragrance families and different types of waxes
- The correct pouring temperature of wax
- The correct pouring temperature for mixing different oils and fragrances
- How to avoid wet spots
- How to fix tunneling issues
- What to add to your candles to make them stand apart and add more element to it
- Do’s and don’ts to make the perfect candle
- Recorded session of the workshop with a 2 week access
